Heating

Many Spanish houses do not have a proper heating system. Electric stoves, oil filled radiators and gas heaters are expensive to use or even dangerous. Open fireplaces do only supply local warmth and air conditioning does not heat the floor surface.

Plus Villas Does offer you two ways to heat your house comfortable and economical. Economical in efficiency, and therefore benificial for the environment.

Pellet stoves

Plus Villas is official dealer of EcoForest pellet stoves. EcoForest is a Spanish company, producing pellet stoves since 1993.

These CO2 neutral stoves do apply for a subsidy of 30 - 60% Ask for the conditions!

Electric heating

We also offer electric radiators of the brand Haverland.

These radiators are wall mountable and can directly be plugged into a wall socket. The special fluid inside make that these radiators keep their warmth for a long time.
