This beautiful 6 person house in Moraira is located in a cozy residential area with a large communal pool adjacent to the garden and beautiful sea and pool views . The house consists of 2 floors. The upper floor has a cozy living room with air conditioning (hot / cold) and a fireplace, practical kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and a covered terrace with sitting area from where you have a beautiful view of the sea and the communal pool. A staircase on the left outside the house leads to the garden and there you will find the entrance to the apartment below. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, 1 bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds, kitchen and a bathroom, where you will also find the washing machine. Also in front of the apartment is a covered terrace with a seating area, and then the garden with 4 sunbeds, umbrellas and various seating areas and a barbecue. So the house has several places where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the shade but also a large sun terrace. Adjacent to the garden you will find the beautiful communal swimming pool. This pool also has a child-friendly part. Only the people living in the surrounding houses are allowed to use the pool so it is never very crowded. Moraira center and the Ampolla beach is about 5 minutes drive from the house. The golf course of Club de Ifach in Benissa can be reached within a few minutes drive as well as the large supermarket Pepe la Sal. You can park your car in front of the house next to the entrance.
The indicated rental price per week is for maximum 4 persons and only the upper floor. The downstairs apartment remains closed. If you want to rent the house for 5 or 6 people, or with 2 to 4 people but also want to use the apartment then the additional cost per week 200 euros.
A dog is welcome. A dog basket and food bowls are available.

To complete the picture there is a wireless broadband internet connection, Dutch television and movies on demand, smart TV and and Sonos music system.

Electricity
Water and gas consumption is included in the rental price. electricity 0.39 per kWh will be charged to you.

Cleaning costs
The cleaning costs are 100 euro when using the apartment. If you also rent the apartment, the final cleaning is 125 euros. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 2,50 euro per person per day with a minimum of 17,50 euros. Upon arrival we would like to receive a deposit of 250, – euro which you, upon departure, will receive back from us with any damage deducted.

Flat Mamalou is a modern flat on Cumbre del Sol, close to Moraira and Javea. The flat has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, balcony with dining area. The living room is equipped with air conditioning! The flat is located on the first floor of a small apartment complex with a total of 8 flats spread over 4 properties. From your balcony, which is equipped with an awning, you have beautiful views over the garden and swimming pool but you can also see the beautiful coastline and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. In the middle of these 4 properties is a beautiful communal garden with swimming pool, outdoor showers and jacuzzi which you can use and also put down your sunbeds. In addition, for a small fee, you can play tennis in the neighbourhood and there is a skate park. The apartment is equipped with free WIFI and Dutch-language television. Around the corner from the apartment you will find the Pepe la Sal supermarket and several restaurants.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy and a restaurant. A 5-minute drive takes you to the magnificent cumbre del sol beach (rocky beach) with its cosy chirinquito and a 15-minute drive takes you to Moraira or Javea. You have a private parking space.

This villa with heated private pool in Moraira on the Costa Blanca (and very close to Jávea, Denia Altea and Calpe) is the perfect place to spend your holiday. What a view and what a lovely house! INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
The very tasteful interior, the location on a cul-de-sac, the fantastic view over the sea to the south and the mountains to the west. The beautiful swimming pool and the nice, fully equipped, outdoor kitchen. On the other side of the pool terrace is a separate guest house that can be rented if necessary. Feel free to ask about the possibilities. An ideal place to spend holidays and leisure with family or friends. It is the main house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ceiling fan, central heating and air conditioning. Of course, the guest house is also fully equipped with central heating, air conditioning with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace and driveway. So there are a total of 4 spacious double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A maximum of 10 + 2 people can stay there. The spacious pool terrace has several lounge areas and a Fantastic summer kitchen with covered dining table for 10 people.

The villa has a hall, spacious living room and adjoining open kitchen with a covered terrace. From the living room you have a view of the sea. From the covered terrace you look towards the mountains. In the hall there is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The internal staircase leads to the lower floor where there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed (1.80 by 2 mtr) and built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (1.60-2 mtr) and a double bunk bed (2x .90 by 2 mtr) The bathroom is again equipped with sink, shower and toilet. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (180-2.10 mtr), fitted wardrobes and the en-suite bathroom with toilet, double sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom is also an en-suite bedroom with a double bed (1.80-2 Mtr) with bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. All beds are of superior quality.

EXTERIOR
From the ground floor you can go to the pool terrace. You will spend most of your time on this spacious terrace, really equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday: hammock, sunbeds, very spacious lounge set, beautiful spacious outdoor kitchen, with large dining table (with seating for 10 to 12 people) to enjoy – here too – the beautiful view of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. Of course there is also a large Weber BBQ. The house is of course equipped with central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, super fast wifi and parking for several cars on private land. The cozy, small beach of El Portet, is only a 3-minute drive away and the larger Ampolla beach and the center of Moraira is 1 minute away. Seaside resorts such as Javea, Calpe and Altea are also very close by. Moraira is located in a sun-sure part of Spain. The mountainous hinterland often stops the thicker clouds. A big advantage of this beautiful region is the wide range of beautiful, golden sandy beaches and idyllic bays. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are several beautiful golf courses within a short drive.

The prices shown concern the main house (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 10 people) If you want to rent the guest house / pool house (2 people), this is possible in consultation. You will then pay 950€ per week on top of the rates shown. If you do not rent the guesthouse, it will not be rented to anyone else during your stay. You will enjoy your complete privacy at all times!

This lovely 4-person bungalow with deep fenced garden and communal swimming pool has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on Calle Haya in Moraira within walking distance of Moraira center and beach. Ideal! So you don’t always have to take the car if you want to have a bite to eat or a drink in the center. The house is located on the edge of a baranca so you have a view of beautiful plants and palm trees which gives it a tropical character. The large communal swimming pool is located just around the corner of your private garden.

This bungalow has a cozy living-dining room with airco, a covered terrace with 2 armchairs and a dining area as an extension. Behind this you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy your siesta on the sun beds. And a gas barbecue should not be missing. In the bungalow you will find a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with airco), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartments, kettle, Nescafé coffee maker, juicer and toaster. In the basement you will find the washing machine. You can park your car under the carport right next to the bungalow. To complete the picture, there is fiber optic internet, wifi and Dutch television.
