Apartment Bamm Bamm is located right in the center of Moraira above bar Floridita. The bakery, supermarket, cozy bars and restaurants can all be found when you leave the apartment complex. Delicious to be able to get freshly baked bread rolls for your breakfast every morning! The Ampolla sandy beach is a 1 to 2-minute walk away. So you do not need a car if you only want to enjoy the beach and the center of Moraira. This beautifully decorated apartment, suitable for up to 4 people and a baby, has a beautiful and modernly furnished living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a very large L-shaped balcony with sea view and view of the shopping street. On this balcony you will find various cozy seats and the shade cloths provide sufficient shade in the warm summer months.  The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and warm, making this apartment extremely suitable for the summer but also for the cool winter months. This apartment is located on the first floor, on the corner, of a complex where there is also an elevator. For complete peace seekers, this apartment is not so suitable. But if you like cosiness and a bit of noise that a village center brings with it, then this apartment is absolutely fantastic!

The apartment is in all respects super de luxe. Through the hall, you have on the right a luxurious bathroom with shower and toilet and a little further on the left, the modern, fully equipped kitchen. A dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a Coffee Bean coffee maker are among the things you will find here. The kitchen has direct access to the balcony. Very convenient if you want to have a drink or a bite to eat outside. Then you come into the cozy living room with a beautiful lounge sofa, TV cabinet with TV, atmospheric lighting and a dining area. Through the large sliding doors in the living room you also have direct access to the terrace. There are several Dutch channels to watch on the TV and you can use the Wifi. On the large balcony are several cozy seats and a dining area and you can enjoy sea views or enjoy the bustle of shopping people. From the living room you enter a hall with the 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed of 1.80 x 2.00 meters and has access to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable bed of 1.35 x 2.00 meters.

The rent includes gas, water and 100 kWh electricity per week. We have reduced monthly rates for the winter months!

Winterization:
If in the winter months, between November 1 and March 31, you want to rent at least 3 months continuously, the rent is 1,500.00 euros per month but then you have to pay the water and electricity separately.

Water and electricity

Water, gas and 100 kWh per week in summer are included in the rent. If you consume more than 100 kWh of electricity per week, the more kWh’s consumed a 0.39 will be charged to you.

The cleaning fee is 100, – euro. The rental of bed linen and towels and the final cleaning here are cost 20.00 euros pp per stay. Upon arrival we ask for a deposit of 250, – euro. This you get back from us on the day of departure, with any damage made and extra electricity consumed deducted.
