From the living room you have beautiful views, between the palm trees, of the deep garden with swimming pool and in the distance the sea! The villa is on one level, has several terraces and faces south-east.

When you enter the house you immediately find the living room with sofa and 2 armchairs and the dining area. Of course, there is free WIFI and Dutch-language television.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartments and a Nespresso coffee machine. Of course, the washing machine is not missing either!

All 3 bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, hot and cold, and the living room also has radiators for the winter months. This makes this house also very suitable for overwintering.

The garden has several cosy seating areas. As soon as you leave the house at the back, you will find a terrace behind a window with a lounge area and a sunshade. So here you can sit comfortably in summer but also in winter. And that with beautiful sea views. In addition, by the pool in the garden you will find several tables with chairs, sun beds and parasols and a jeu de boules court!

The villa is close to supermarkets such as Lidl and Carrefour! With a 5-minute drive you are in the village centre of Moraira and can enjoy swimming and sunbathing at the Ampolla beach.

The town of Moraira offers several restaurants and cafés, but you can also find nice restaurants in the surrounding area of Moraira. Relax at one of the beautiful beaches in the vicinity. Moraira is surrounded by a sea that is always blue and warm. Some beaches are ideal for holidaymakers who like a bit of crowds and tourism. But there are also other beaches located in small coves surrounded by rocks, ideal for those who love peace and intimacy. The coastal road from Moraira to Calpe, with a length of 16 kilometres, can rightly be considered one of the most beautiful routes on the Costa Blanca. Stop here at one of the pretty coves where you can enjoy a drink.
