Villa Palomino Moraira suitable for up to 10 people and disabled people

This beautiful Spanish luxury villa with 8×4 m private pool is very suitable for 2 or 3 families or a large group of friends due to its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa is only a 5-minute drive (2.3 kilometers) from the village center of Moraira and the Ampolla sandy beach.
Within walking distance (500 meters) of the villa there is a small shopping center where you will find a supermarket as well as several cozy restaurants and bars.

The villa has been taken care of to perfection. When you enter the villa you will find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Through the doors of the spacious living room where you will also find the dining area, you will find the partially covered terrace and the pool. The large covered terrace is spacious and offers shade during the Spanish siesta. Under this covered terrace is a large dining table with 8 chairs.  Once warmed up, a dip in the private pool, which has a pool elevator for the disabled and a removable pool fence for smaller children, provides pleasant coolness. On the enclosed property you can park your car. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartments, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc.
Through a staircase from the living room upstairs you reach 1 bedroom with 2×1 beds with terrace with seating area from which you have beautiful sea views. Here is also a bathroom.
Then there is a staircase from the living room (with wheelchair elevator) to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom is extra spacious so it can be used by people who need a wheelchair. There is also a jacuzzi on this first floor on the terrace behind the house.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating. This makes the villa suitable for both summer and winter rentals.
In a separate room you will find, among other things, the washing machine and dryer.
Besides all this luxury, there is free Wifi and television.

Water and electricity

Water en gas en 125 KWh Electricity is included in the rental price. If you use more than this 125 KWh of electricity then the more consumed a 0.39 euro per KWh will be charged to you.

Cleaning costs

The final cleaning costs 150 euros for 6 people, 175 euros for 8 people and 200 euros for 10 people. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 1.93 per person per day with a minimum of 13,50 euro per person. On arrival we will ask you for a deposit of 250 euros, which we will refund on departure, less any damage.
