This imposing, large and modern Ibiza style villa in Moraira with private heated pool and sea views, located on a side street of the coastal road in Moraira, is ideally located 200 meters from the sea and Playa Playetes (less than a minute’s walk), 3 minutes walk to the Ampolla beach and only 500 meters from Moraira village center (5 minutes walk). So from this we can really say that this villa is within walking distance to the sea, the center and the beach. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and a baby, has a living room with several sofas, Dutch television and good internet, dining room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with new good beds and air conditioning and 3 ensuite bathrooms and a private pool (kidney-shaped 9×5) to cool off in. From mid-April 2022 the pool is heatable and can be covered with slats which can carry a weight of 50 – 60 kilos. So safe for small children. You also have access to a covered barbecue area with dining area. On the terrace under the roof you will find a comfortable lounge sofa and a dining area. Around the pool are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun! The property is fully enclosed and you can safely park your car on private property and there is a carport so your car can be parked in the shade…. For the winter months, the villa is equipped with radiators, hot and cold air conditioners and a fireplace so that the villa is very well heated. The upper floor is closed to the owners but you can use the terrace from where you have even more beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. All the ingredients are there for a wonderful vacation!

The cleaning fee is 200 euros. The rental of bed linen and towels is mandatory and costs 2,50 euros per person per day. On arrival we will ask you for a deposit of 450,- euros which you will receive back from us on your departure, minus any damages.
