Ideal! So you don’t always have to take the car if you want to have a bite to eat or a drink in the center. The house is located on the edge of a baranca so you have a view of beautiful plants and palm trees which gives it a tropical character. The large communal swimming pool is located just around the corner of your private garden.

This bungalow has a cozy living-dining room, with a covered terrace with 2 armchairs and a dining area as an extension. Behind this you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy your siesta on the sun beds. And a gas barbecue should not be missing. In the bungalow you will find a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartments, kettle, Nescafé coffee maker, juicer and toaster. In the basement you will find the washing machine. You can park your car under the carport right next to the bungalow. To complete the picture, there is fiber optic internet, wifi and Dutch television.

Electricity

Water and gas consumption is included in the price. We charge you the electricity used by a 0.39 per kWh.

Cleaning Fee

The cleaning costs are 100 euros. The rental of bed linen and towels and final cleaning is 2.50 euros per person per day with a minimum of 7 days. Upon arrival we would like to receive a deposit of 250 euros that you will receive back from us on departure with any damage deducted.
