The villa has a lovely large private pool of 9.5×4.5 and at its deepest 2.10 metres, outdoor kitchen, large terrace and has beautiful views! The interior is modern! From the living room and from your lounger on the terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley with the shimmering Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
Of course, the villa also has free WIFI and Dutch television so you don’t have to miss anything from the home front!

Villa Vista Montaña y Mar Moraira, is just 3 kilometres (5 minutes’ drive) from the beautiful beach of El Portet and the cosy centre of Moraira.
Visit Moraira and stroll through the car-free streets. Especially the Friday market near the centre is a great tourist attraction. In Moraira you can also go to the fine sandy beach of l’Ampolla with sunbeds and a cosy beach bar for a refreshing drink or a nice lunch.

For sports enthusiasts, there are several 9- and 18-hole golf courses nearby. The nearest is the beautifully located and beautifully maintained Ifach golf course (4 km). Supermarket, restaurants and bank branches in Teulada (3 km), Calpe (10 km) and Moraira.

Spacious, bright living room with beautiful views of the valley and Mediterranean sea, comfortable seating area, TV (with Dutch channels), dining area and several terraces. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and in the pool house another flat with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, large terrace with swimming pool, modern complete outdoor kitchen with covered terrace with dining table and 8 chairs, 10 sun beds and covered lounge area. To complete the picture, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

75 KWh electricity is included per week. Any more consumption will be charged to you at 0.50 per KWh. The indicated rental prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 8 persons for rent of the main house and use of the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you would also like to use the poolhouse so that you can rent the villa with 10 people, a surcharge of 950 euros per week and an additional 140 euros for cleaning will be charged. A small dog is welcome.
