Villa Naranjo Moraira is a beautiful villa with a living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped modern kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, gas cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a microwave, 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 2 covered terraces, garden and a private swimming pool. With a 5-minute drive you are already in Moraira centre and on the Ampolla sandy beach (25 minutes walking distance).

The villa has a spacious cosy living-dining room with Dutch television, free wifi, fireplace and air-conditioning (hot-cold) and electric radiators whereby the villa is not only suitable for summer but also for the colder winter months.

There are 6 beds; a spacious bedroom (double bed) with ceiling fan and air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. There are also two more spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed) with air conditioning and ceiling fan and a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Under the covered terrace (the Naya) directly in front of the living room is a dining area where you can enjoy a snack and a drink.

Around the pool you can relax on one of the 6 sunbeds in the sun or in the shade under the veranda. Under this veranda you will find a dining area, as well as a luxury BBQ and a fridge. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.

You can park your car behind a gate on private property.

The cosy centre of Moraira is 2 km from Casa Leja (25 minutes’ walk). Here you will find cosy shopping streets, nice terraces and beautiful beaches. The small beach (near El Portet) is a nice place for snorkelling. The big beach (l’ Ampolla) can be found near the centre of Moraira and this is only 2 kilometres from the villa.

The golf enthusiasts among us can visit Club Ifach just 3 kilometres away. You don’t have to drive far for larger supermarkets either. You will find Lidl, MasyMas and Pepe la Sal at 3 km.
