The villa is only a 5-minute drive away (about 3 km) from the centre of Moraira and the Ampolla sandy beach as well as from the beautiful rocky beach of Cala Baladrar.
About 2 kilometres from the villa you will find a supermarket and a golf course.

The villa has been taken care of to perfection. Upon entering the villa you will find the living room with spacious seating area, modern kitchen with a dining area with 8 chairs, a separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with 2 showers next to each other, toilet and 2 washbasins. This bedroom has sliding doors to the terrace with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor you will find 3 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room opens onto the partly covered terrace with dining table and 8 chairs. This terrace faces south so you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and the beautiful sea view and the Rock of Calpe, the Peñon des Ifach. You will also find a barbecue on the terrace. The luxury kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc.. Around the pool you will find 8 sunbeds and 2 parasols. Next to the sun terrace you will find a cosy covered terrace with a lovely lounge sofa. You can park your car on the enclosed property.

All bedrooms have air conditioning hot-cold and the floor of the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have floor heating. This makes the villa suitable for both summer and winter rentals.
Of course, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Water and electricity

Water is included in the rental price. Electricity will be charged to you at 0.40 euros per kWh.

Cleaning Fee

The final cleaning is 250 euros. The rent and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 2.50 per person per day. We will ask you for a deposit of 450 euros on arrival, which you will receive back from us on departure, deducting the electricity used and any damage made.
